AJ Maestas

AJ brings experience building out recruiting functions in various startups and has established talent strategies for global business units while at Liberty Mutual. He’s developed expertise in leadership, talent management, talent acquisition, and L&D in a Fortune 100 organization. AJ has earned his MBA and B.S. in business, both from Babson College. More recently, he's left his corporate role to launch a health food business focused on giving essential food items to those in need. 

 

AJ’s involvement with Dreamride began during our inaugural ride in 2012, and he was on the rider team that achieved that 600-mile trek again in 2016. AJ was a founding board member in 2019 and was appointed to succeed our first president at the start of 2021.
