About Jenna
Jenna Sorensen is an adapted physical education teacher with Plymouth Public Schools and is a longtime Plymouth resident. Jenna attended Fordham University in the Bronx, NY majoring in Sociology and received her master’s degree in Intensive Special Needs from Simmons College in Boston.
With a passion for the outdoors, physical movement, personal challenges, and bringing people together, Jenna has organized various events through the schools for children and families such as group scavenger hunts, family mud runs, school field days, and family fitness nights. Her love of cycling began in 2014 with a local charity ride and she proudly cheered on the Dreamride team on both of their inspirational journeys for the students of Plymouth Public Schools and beyond. Jenna enthusiastically brings her experience as a teacher, group fitness instructor, athlete, and mother of 6 to Dreamride Plymouth Inc. and accepted her membership to the board in 2021.
